Background Check

Provide assistance with installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces
Ability to perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail
Ability to utilize induction welding to attach TPO or PVC roof systems
Lay insulation
Pre-Employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required
Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights
Roll Walls and Seams
Laying out fastening patterns
Operate power tools and other appropriate tools
Remove old roofing materials (tear off)
Clean work areas, grounds, and equipment
Understand the use of and operate rooftop equipment
Glue and prime
Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials
Reinforced perimeter strip - pre details
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Load or unload materials
Nail off the roof edge

Signal cranes and forklifts
Set up ladders, scaffolds, and hoists
Set up flag lines and perimeter guard rail systems
Manage job site inventory
Act as a safety monitor
Utilize and maintain all PPE
Quality control
