Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or clinical trial management.

Experience managing Phase I, Phase II, or early development clinical trials.

Strong project management and vendor management experience.

GCP and ICH guidelines

Regulatory compliance requirements

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Nights, 36 hrs/week, 7:00pm - 7:00am

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required

Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked

Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred

Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred

Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred
