Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as social work, counseling, sociology, or psychology.
Experience in case management, managed care, and care management.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work well with clients and maintain a customer service attitude.
Creativity and the ability to work independently without much guidance.
Experience with charting and paperwork management.
