Minimum of five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

Minimum of three years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Advanced knowledge of quality methodologies and quality planning tools, including: * APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) * PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) * PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) * Control Plans * MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) * SPC (Statistical Process Control)

Experience managing supplier and customer quality issues.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and test requirements.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quality-related software systems.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or related technical field.

Experience with IATF 16949, AS9100, or other industry quality management standards.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with statistical analysis software such as Minitab.

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or equivalent professional certification.
