Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.

Required to push, pull, sit, stand, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and move from one area to another.

Required to lift, carry, and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights, including overhead.

Required operation of equipment such as a cash register, electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.

Required to stock product in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.

Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.

Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance.

Ability to meet availability requirements.

At least 18 years old required.

Travel is required to surrounding stores within 30 miles or a 45-minute drive, whichever is less, for management coverage as needed.

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention

Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within affordable housing or real estate development.

Proficiency in RealPage Systems or similar property management software.

Strong knowledge of lease agreements, lease administration, and Fair Housing regulations.

Demonstrated experience conducting building inspections and managing property maintenance.

Certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar professional designation.

Experience working with affordable housing programs and compliance requirements such as HUD or LIHTC.

Advanced knowledge of real estate development processes and financial modeling.

Familiarity with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations beyond Fair Housing.

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
