5-7 years experience in inventory and production control.

4 year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management required

Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.

5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, project management, operations, or related functions within a diversified industrial environment.

Strong understanding of procurement processes from both operational and strategic leadership perspectives.

Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and other business tools.

Fluent English required

Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience in international sourcing, supplier development, supplier quality, or supply chain leadership is a plus.

Spanish preferred.
