High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Experience setting up and operating EDM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, operation sheets, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Working knowledge of EDM machining principles, machine setup, and process optimization.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to handle tooling, fixtures, and machined components throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to safely operate industrial manufacturing equipment.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect precision components and read measuring instruments.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other required safety equipment.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs.
