High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical work instructions.
Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot setup and machining issues independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
