**Physical Capability:** Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.

Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but not required

3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 9:00p-5:00a

During the training period, employees may be required to work a schedule outside of their regularly assigned shift to support hands-on learning and development. Training is typically conducted Monday through Friday and may occur on first, second, or third shift based on business needs.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.

Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively.

Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas.

3+ months of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or related experience preferred.

Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience.

Experience working in an aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing documentation.

Experience performing basic CNC program edits and machine troubleshooting.
