Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
7+ years experience in materials management, supply chain, production planning, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
3+ years of leadership experience managing planning, purchasing, scheduling, or materials organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, departmental restructuring, or process improvement initiatives.
Required experience utilizing SAP within manufacturing environments, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementation, deployment, or stabilization efforts.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, supplier management, and capacity planning principles.
Ability to analyze complex business situations and translate ERP data into actionable business decisions.
