Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline, with an appropriate combination of education and relevant technical experience (7+ years with an Associate's, 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 3+ years with an advanced degree)
Complete and maintain all company-required technical training and certifications required
Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated mechanics
Demonstrated expertise to independently troubleshoot low-voltage electronics and complex electro-mechanical systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings
Availability to respond to urgent customer needs
Ability to follow all safety protocols and be able to work in cleanroom environments when required
Proficient with Windows operating systems, networking, and standard business software
Professional working proficiency in English
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in laboratory environments
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75%
