Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Ability to drive and active driver's license

Must be comfortable with driving in inclement weather (i.e., winter weather)

Ability to drive 5+ hours independently

Candidate must live within a commutable distance from an international airport

Travel on a domestic flight in economy class for up to 6 hours

Ability to be mobile or on your feet for up to 9 hours while onsite at a customer, rotating to support staff at various locations in the office

Willingness to travel within the US and its territories each week for extended periods of time and occasional weekend/holiday travel to meet project requirements

Driver's license is required

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum two (2) years of direct experience training and assessing training needs; identifying, sourcing, or creating training materials; measuring and delivering results

Working knowledge of the revenue cycle or exposure to EHR/EMR in a sales, services, or implementation capacity for physician practices, hospitals, or health systems

$11.38 - $14.88 / hour
