PCQI or HACCP trained
Basic RCA and CAPA tools
Internal Auditing
Procedure/Standard Work generation
High school level math
Communicate in English both written and verbal
Reaching with hands and arms throughout shift
Ability to use hands and fingers
Ability to see, hear and talk
Employee frequently required to walk
Occasionally required to climb and/or balance
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures dependent upon site
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
2 or more years of Quality supervision experience is required.
Three or more years of related work experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment (i.e., baked bar, granola manufacture, bread, cold form bar, cookies, crackers, sandwich assembly, kit assembly, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is needed
