Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Experience with process development, optimization, and sustainment in production environments
Has led multiple complex manufacturing projects with minimal supervision
Performed root cause and corrective action anaylsis using methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, and CAPA
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and process validation
Experience improving cycle time, yield, throughput, labor efficiency, and cost
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred), MES, and production documentation control
Performs pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks, where permitted by law.
