Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
Experience supporting quality systems within a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or other regulated environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality management systems, and experience performing receiving, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
Experience conducting root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related business systems

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or a similar quality certification.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and electronics manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems, including PeopleSoft, SAP, or equivalent enterprise systems.
Experience supporting supplier quality activities, customer quality investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt, or other continuous improvement training and experience.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and/or internationally as needed to support business requirements.
This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
