High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment or commercial vehicles.
Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines
The ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Possession of standard mechanic's tools required for heavy equipment repair.
Valid driver's license
A clean driving record
