10+ years of experience in traffic engineering analysis and design
Strong background in MOT and or signing and pavement marking design
Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other applicable transportation software
Experience with UDOT or other DOT standards, procedures, and plan preparation
Familiarity with local, regional, state, and federal design criteria
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentoring engineers
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to meet project deadlines and budgets
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client focused mindset

As an SDR, you will be working closely with our Sales Team through
Multiple prospecting activities
Hours and Competitive Compensation Includes:
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, in-person at our
Midvale office in the SLC area in Utah
We offer a competitive base pay + uncapped commissions, on target annual earnings of $70k
College degree, or strong applicable experience preferred with a strong interest in a career Sales
Experience in sales, professional customer service, sales support, or other professional experience that is customer facing is highly desired
Experience with a CRM, or similar software or applications is highly preferred

Promote multiple products and services from 3D design software to 3D Printers and 3D Scanners

Responsible for maintaining a high level of activity and managing his/her own sales pipeline
