High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year of quality inspection, manufacturing, maintenance, aviation, or related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, speak, and effectively communicate in English.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, OEM maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of aerospace components and inspection equipment.
Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials and components.
Must pass an eye examination required for inspection personnel.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements.
