5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise or mission-system architecture for defense, intelligence, or federal programs
5+ years of experience developing solution architectures and technical roadmaps integrating systems across multiple domains
Experience producing or governing architecture artifacts such as system views, interface specs, or decision records
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as DoD STIGs, RMF, or NIST 800-53 / 171, infrastructure integration, networking, data flows, and segmentation
Ability to lead workshops and briefings, coordinate schedules, manage risks, and validate implementation against architecture intent
Ability to engage government program managers to refine early technical ideas and translate them into testable, milestone-oriented research concepts
Ability to develop innovative technical narratives aligned to high-risk, high-reward research priorities, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Management field
DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification
