Current **Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)** certification or eligibility and active pursuit of certification.

Minimum of **2-3 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute healthcare dining services required.**

Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and retaining high-performing culinary teams.

Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary compliance requirements.
