High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, amusement park, or related environments.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and parts diagrams.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work at heights for extended periods.
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, ride structures, and maintenance platforms.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and more with assistance.
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment and perform duties in confined spaces when required.
