High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong shop math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, and protective clothing as required.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
