A Master's degree is highly preferred, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical, supplemented with special training in facilities management or central utility plant management and ten years of managerial experience in a 500+ bed hospital.
Preferred designation as Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) through the American Hospital Association (AHA).
