Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the aerospace and/or defense industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP standards and certification processes.
Proven experience with quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and SPC.
Experience with internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.
Proficiency in quality software systems and data analysis tools.
