Proven ability to read construction drawings and produce accurate material take-offs and quantity estimates
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of reducing procurement costs
Comfortable managing multiple purchase orders, vendor accounts, and delivery schedules simultaneously
Proficiency with procurement or estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar)
