High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum one (1) year specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, or related areas.
One year using woodshop tools, fabricating containers, framing construction, or preservation, packing, and packaging.
One-year specific experience demonstrating ability to read blueprints, measure fabrication.
Experience identifying various materials for construction of wood containers.
Skill in operating materials handling equipment such as forklifts, tugs, stock selectors and other general-purpose equipment to move items to or from storage locations.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook software.
The employee is required to be able to occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; operate office equipment, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; talk or hear; taste or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
Work is of a physical nature and requires the incumbent be able to lift 50 lbs overhead and/or repetitively.
