2–3 years of experience in an EHS-related role or equivalent relevant experience.
Knowledge of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulatory standards.
Familiarity with OSHA, MIOSHA, DOT, EPA, and applicable state environmental regulations.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to maintain databases and records.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to conduct facility inspections, audits, and ergonomic assessments.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ability to identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
