Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience
Minimum of 5 years leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing process development, process validation, automation, equipment design, and industrialization
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Proven experience leading capital projects, equipment implementation, and capacity expansion initiatives
Strong project management, prioritization, and resource planning skills
Excellent leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation, SPC, DOE, and process capability analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance
