Four (4) years of progressively responsible sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or a related industry, including recruitment of complex, high-volume, specialized or hard-to-fill positions; development of recruitment strategies; partnership with hiring managers and organizational leaders; and experience providing functional guidance or mentorship to recruiters or Human Resources professionals.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience developing strategic talent pipelines and external partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, community organizations, and other complex talent sources; utilizing recruitment analytics, dashboards, labor market data, and workforce metrics to inform and deploy recruitment strategies; and mentoring, coaching, or providing functional guidance to recruiters or Human Resources professionals.

Regular, Monday through Friday, on-site attendance

5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data reconciliation.

Valid California driver's license

Ability to travel between company locations occasionally, as needed.

Be seated for long periods of time

Preferably in the wine, beverage, consumer products, or related industry

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Business Central preferred

Experience with ADP is a plus

Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Generally one day per week or more based on business needs

BA/BS in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience

4 years of recent relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and FERC requirements

Proficient computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

Knowledge of financial analysis and internal controls

Knowledge of SAP

Knowledge of Power Plan software

Knowledge of Utility ratemaking

CPA or equivalent or substantially complete

Public Accounting experience

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
