Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferably for servers, data-center products, computer hardware, electronics, or other complex technical systems.
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop is desirable.
Experience with structured authoring, content-management systems, DITA/XML, or document-control processes is a plus.
Experience working within ISO or other quality-management standards is preferred.
Experience documenting server, GPU, liquid-cooling, rack-scale, or data-center hardware.
Experience observing or performing hardware installation, component replacement, or service procedures.
Experience developing documentation for global Field Service or technical-support audiences.
Experience supporting training proposals, customer-facing technical content, or learning and certification programs.
