Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or comparable technical discipline
10+ years in Hardware semiconductor, power, and automotive semiconductor industries
5+ years proven leadership managing global and multicultural teams
Extensive experience in quality management across development, qualification, manufacturing, and customer support
Certification in Semiconductor Automotive Functional Safety (mandatory)
Extensive knowledge of ISO 26262, including:
Standard content, requirements interpretation, and implementation methodology
Safety analysis methods: FTA, DFA, FMEDA, FIT reporting per ISO 26262 and SN 29500
Quality Methodologies & Standards IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
Risk Management, FMEA, PIN FMEA, QFD, 8D, PPAP
JEDEC & AEC-Q Qualification Standards
IPC Standards
Semiconductor technologies, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain quality
Wafer processes and process control
Burn-In concepts and Design for Stress reliability corridor management with quarterly RPT submissions
Fluent English required
