3+ years of experience in a warehouse, receiving, or distribution environment, with demonstrated ability to take ownership of a workflow rather than just execute tasks
Proficiency operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric pickers, and pallet jacks
Physical capability to perform physical tasks including unloading, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods
Fluent in written and spoken English required;
Ability to read English and work from packing lists and location labels across multiple sites simultaneously
Experience informally leading, training, or directing temp or seasonal labor
Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems
Prior experience in a hyper-seasonal or education-related operations environment
