Process and continuous improvement experience are highly desirable (Six Sigma Green or Black belt is desirable)
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate process improvements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies and tools to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements
Develop and maintain standardized work procedures, process documentation, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in manufacturing operations
Perform CAD modeling (using software such as Solid works) of mechanical and/or electromechanical assemblies to support the release of new designs and create improvements to existing designs
Identify, coordinate and/or participate in appropriate Changes of Design/Management of Change or Capital Projects to improve reliability
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize processes, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive initiatives to enhance operational excellence, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity within the manufacturing environment
