Previous experience in PV Solar installation required (3+ years)
Knowledge of and experience with electrical wiring/AC and DC systems required
Valid CA Driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to work safely and confidently on roofs with ladder access (no fear of heights, healthy respect for safety concerns, and proper use of safety equipment is required).
Must be able to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks: up to 50 pounds individually, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Prolonged periods of repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing
Work is performed outdoors, frequently in harsh conditions (inclement weather, extreme hot and cold temperatures, roofs, crawl spaces, extreme heights)
