May classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license
A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually
3 months experience in Long Term Care required
Medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per the Sanford Driving Policy
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
Travel required to support multiple locations within 150-mile radius of permanent address
Maintains all department specific required certifications
CNA training and certification required and provided by facility
Minimum of 18 years of age
Background screening and drug screen as condition of employment
Must be medically able to perform the essential job functions
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year
