Equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Three years of multifamily property management experience required;

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

(4-year degree preferred)

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.

Tax credit experience preferred.

Accounting and administrative background preferred.

Yardi experience preferred.

The ability to speak a second language is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,800 - $199,700

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field Direct applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Thorough knowledge of the market, competition, demand generators and new supply for each property within the district

Solid English skills regarding reading, writing and verbal communication to be able to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and outside vendors.

The associate is frequently required to travel within the local community. Travel throughout the district is required, which may necessitate air travel and overnight stays.

Requires a minimum of four years hospitality management experience.

Two years of multi-property level hotel experience required.

Must have a valid driver's license

Successfully pass a motor vehicle check.
