High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Either:
* Completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development; **or**
* At least one year of experience working with children as a Child Development professional, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
