Coating Machine Operator
Must be able to operate and monitor specialized coating production equipment
Load and unload metal parts and materials as required
Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions
Monitor equipment and the coating process for proper operation
Perform quality checks and identify any issues with parts or equipment
Make basic adjustments as needed and report equipment concerns
Complete required production and quality records
Follow all safety and quality requirements
Keep the work area clean, organized and safe
Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
Crosstrain on additional equipment and manufacturing processes
Previous machine operation, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Experience working with production equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn specialized equipment
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Training provided
