Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
Demonstrated experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, and tight-tolerance fabrication
Direct experience managing machining commodities in aerospace (CNC machined components, castings, forgings, sheet metal fabrication, extrusions, etc.)
Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards (specifically for machining processes), supplier qualifications, and audit processes
Proven success driving supplier performance improvements through KPIs, recovery plans, and long-term agreements
New Product Development (NPD) or Introduction (NPI) supply chain experience
Proficiency in supplier risk assessment, machining cost modeling, and capacity planning
Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace-grade machined parts
