The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD.

Experience in either manufacturing process engineering (assembly, work instructions, RC/CA, tooling, SPC) or production test engineering (RF troubleshooting, ATE development, automation).
Experience leading teams, projects, or significant technical initiatives.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Prior experience managing engineering teams or leading cross-functional technical groups.
Strong understanding of MRP and shop floor systems, non-conformance processes, router maintenance, and rework workflows.
Knowledge of EW, RF systems, or complex electronics manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making using statistical analysis, SPC, trend analysis, and yield metrics.
Experience with NI LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or similar tools for test automation.
Working knowledge of Military and Commercial standards, Materials and Process specifications.
