Deep architectural expertise in high-density x86 enterprise server systems, rack-scale power delivery topologies (power-tree modeling, transient analysis), dynamic thermal management, high-performance storage protocols (NVMe-oF, CXL), and multi-node rack architectures.

Extensive experience executing complex system bring-ups, high-speed signal integrity validation (PCIe Gen 5/6, high-frequency buses), and deep-dive hardware failure analysis using advanced lab instruments and telemetry architectures (BMC, Redfish, IPMI, PCIe analyzers, SMART logs).

Proven success building scalable, programmatic validation pipelines (Python/Shell) and rigorous system stress testing methodologies to qualify enterprise-grade L10/L11 infrastructure.

Demonstrated expertise in setting up, validating, and debugging rack-level interconnectivity spanning servers, high-speed switches, active optics, and fabric topologies.

Familiarity with leaf-spine networks, RoCE, RDMA, InfiniBand, and BGP is highly desirable.

3+ years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mech inspection for an electronics manufacturer; working in the aerospace & defense industry

Experience inspecting mechanical and electrical (PCBAs, cables, etc..) items

Able to use standard measurement and inspection tools including pin gauges, calipers, visual inspection system, microscope, etc.

Ability to obtain certifications to J-STD 001, IPC-610, and IPC-620

Knowledge of ESD S20.20 and generally accepted good practice for ESD control

Previous experience with satellites or other flight hardware a plus

Experience inspecting optical parts (lenses, mirrors, prisms) a plus

Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics testing.

Able to read electrical schematics, drawings, and manufacturers' product data sheets.

5+ years of experience testing and assembly of electronic boards.

Experience using hand tools and power tools; scopes/probes/frequency generators.

Experience with soldering and circuit board re-work.

Able to move/lift test boxes and instrumentation.

The annual salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

5-7 years of experience in quality management within hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001 or similar)

Experience with root cause methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)

Familiarity with manufacturing of servers, storage systems, or similar hardware

Experience with AI/HPC systems or data center hardware

Knowledge of supplier quality and global supply chain operations
