4+ years of experience diagnosing and maintaining electronic and/or electrical systems in passenger vehicles or buses

Hands-on experience with advanced vehicle diagnostic equipment
Strong understanding of computer hardware, including building and upgrading high-performance systems
Comfort with extended field sessions — including multi-hour rides on autonomous vehicles in varying weather conditions
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic field environments
Willingness to travel internationally for 2–4 weeks at a time, multiple times per year
High proficiency in both English and Hebrew (required for collaboration with our Israel-based teams)
