Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior controls technicians and HVAC automation specialists
Location: Multiple high-profile sites (regional travel may be required)
Sr. Schneider Electric BAS Programmer
Collaborate with IT teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless BAS interoperability
Modify and optimize Sequences of Operation; handle advanced system troubleshooting
Independently manage assigned BAS projects and coordinate with field installation teams
Full-Time | Hourly + Overtime
Design system logic, control algorithms, and intuitive graphical user interfaces
Integrate third-party HVAC and electrical equipment using BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other open protocols
Set up alarms, schedules, trend logs, and network configurations
Commission, test, and verify full building automation system functionality onsite
Develop BAS applications using standard libraries or customized programming
Program, configure, and deploy Schneider Electric BAS platforms (EcoStruxure, Andover Continuum, and related systems)

Azure Implementation Experience including: Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse / Azure SQL / Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks, Azure Automation, Azure Key Vault, Azure Logic Apps, Azure AutoML PowerShell, Power BI.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting or contracting to deliver Data & Analytics solutions.
A solid technical foundation in a variety of technologies that support the delivery of Data & Analytics solutions on the Microsoft platform and more importantly now on Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrate an ability to architect Enterprise Data & Analytics Solutions on the Azure platform following recommended strategies and approaches to deliver in a fact paced environment for customers.
Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Development pipelines.
Experience working in a sales support role, creating a vision for best fit solutions based on customer requirements and then drafting estimates, proposals and Statements of Work to execute a project successfully.

On Premise: SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis, SQL Server Reporting Services. Fewer implementations today, but experienced candidates have a solid foundation in the Microsoft BI stack.
