Composite layup and fabrication processes.
Blueprint and process specification interpretation.
Curing and composite processing techniques such as vacuum bagging, ovens, and autoclave.
Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Familiarity with GD&T; (ANSI Y14.5) and engineering documentation.
Working knowledge or certifications in AS9100 & ISO 9001 quality systems and aerospace manufacturing environments.
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Knowledge of laboratory or production test environments including pressure, flow, leak, or performance testing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
3 to 5+ years of experience in testing, validation, or engineering within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
