5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, OR active CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credential
Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support
Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentation
Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Must be available Thursday-Monday from 7:00am-7:00pm to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
Comfortable traveling throughout Sonoma County, with assignments centered around Santa Rosa and surrounding communities
Comfortable working in different home environments, including houses, apartments, senior communities, homes with pets, and smoking environments
Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
