Experience working in a flat-rate, production-based environment

Ability to balance productivity with repair quality and accuracy

Top-performing technicians can earn up to $40/hour.

Earning Potential: $85,000–$110,000+ annually

Annual earning potential of $85,000–$110,000+ , based on productivity and shop workflow.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience.

Must be a productive technician capable of reliably producing 45+ flagged hours per week.

Strong mechanical aptitude with solid automotive diagnostic and repair skills.

Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume repair environment.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to both productivity and quality workmanship.

Positive, team-oriented attitude.
