Rotating schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Provide Administrative support to sales and event manager
Coordinate and fulfill special banquet and event arrangements
Communicate effectively with guests, staff, management, and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met
Provide outstanding customer service for every guest, every time, including timely responses to guest inquiries and calls
Address guest comments and concerns promptly to ensure resolution
Ensure staff grooming and attire meet company standards; correct deficiencies as needed
Create Contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Diagrams as directed by Sales Manger
Prepare guest charges accurately, review invoices, and collect payment when necessary
