Knowledge of planning and construction management processes and procedures.
Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
Understanding of fiber optic technology, including single-mode and multi-mode fibers.

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience in facilities management, electrical or mechanical engineering
4+ Years Experience working in data centers and/or experience with data center infrastructure to include electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.
Experience working in data centers more technically (rack and stack)
Prolonged periods of sitting
Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment
Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
