Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience
Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards, EPA regulations, DOT, ANSI, NFPA, and applicable Georgia state requirements
Familiarity with ITAR requirements as they intersect with EHS and facilities operations
Experience supporting ISO 9001 certified quality management systems and audit processes
Demonstrated experience building or maturing an EHS program, not just maintaining an existing one
Must be able to respond to on-site emergencies as needed.
Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
