Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, quality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a machine shop or similar manufacturing setting with customized or specialized work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Comfort working in a mid-sized organization where responsibilities are broad and workdays are varied and unique.
